It seems that Arc suddenly stopped paying sites for 2 days.
All without any explanation and as usual without answering emails

They replied my email and said this

Hi!

Thank you for reaching out!

Unfortunately something broke with our PayPal payout provider last week
that in turn caused some payouts to fail. We're aware of the issue and
are actively resolving it.

Once resolved, any failed payouts from last week will be reissued, so
keep your eyes out for any such payout(s) that weren't made last week to
be made sometime this week instead. And, of course, this won't affect
your earnings or future payouts.
