well 20 minutes for installing cpanel and 1h for restoring data turned into over 24h again. no reply from the support anymore either. this is just not acceptable anymore.

Added after 17 minutes:

The cpanel install didn't go as planned. It took over 4 hours. It took an additional longer time since we had to get the new server. We are installing cpanel on a different server now. The install is almost done. I'll inform you when the accounts are restored and the server is properly secured.
