I buyed hosting and domain from aquickhost today.

it is not activated till now (8hrs gone)

now i can't login into in there client area also.
 
Hi,

Everything is up and running. To be exact a customer of ours, actually an hacker was running heavy mysql commands to bring down the server. Luckily only our Cpanel was affected due to it. High memory usage gave less memory for cpanel, causing it not to function properly.

We have identified the account and removed him and banned his ip.

Very sorry for this, it took us a bit time, since we had to search for the user.

Sorry also for late reply, me and Michael got very busy while fixing this out.

I know how you must have felt, we apologize from our heart.

Hi, ioncube loader seems to be broken. Im fixing it out.

Cpanel is working fine, but clientarea is down due to this.

Estimated time : 1 min.
