please do something to make it faster

it's been over than 20 hours since the last time since you respond me to fix the error because of my question about my website that can not be opened and get the namecheap domain page, while 14hour before it, my dns/my web has been up and can be accessed.

but till now my webstie / dns is still down.
i know that in your reply ticket it could be up to 12-72 hours. and i should wait up to 72hours based on that ticket reply.

but in the first time when i was buying your lithuania server, it didnt take this long for my dns to be up and ready. it only takes 4hours or less.
and also perhaps for new customer who bought your server after the error happened, they dont have to get this error and have their dns up in just couple of hours just like my first experience with you

please, is there something you could do to make it faster.

To all our customers, we have changed our secondary nameserver from 77.79.6.167 to 77.79.6.172

Our main or primary ip remains the same : 77.79.6.166

i can't connet to phpmyadmin, have an error like this:
phpMyAdmin -

Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.


so i cann't access to setting /options on admicp, it look like this:

It was a permission problem of /temp directory.

I have fixed the error for you.

We are not overselling therefore we do not sell unlimited plans,

Oversellers aren't called as "supers" , they too have limited server specs.

But, in fact, they will limit you if you cross their hidden limits.
