Also read the rules people posting and make seperate threads for each site you ask to be reviewed next time.

thanks about the hosting was asking in forum software support which is the best one to go with and what was better to use phpbb or vBulletin

Both skins still look pretty bad, I would suggest getting a paid host and a top level domain as everyone else has already said.
