anyone have experience with santrex.net support

I've been under Santrex for years already, I tried their VPS, Dedicated Server, Seedbox, and Proxies. So far the one that's only alive now is the Proxy Socks that I got from them, I discontinued other services because I wasn't satisfied. So if you wan't a reliable proxy, you can go for santrex but for hosting, I don't think so.

Regarding support, they can only help you in case they had a hardware problem but other things are all up to you. They don't back your stuff up so in case they fail, you need to have yours to restore to. They usually don't just do favors (database import, site transfer, etc) without payments..

VPS: uTorrent, rTorrent, wTorrent, flux, bittornado and any related torrents shall not be ran on your windows, linux and freebsd virtual server aka VPS failure to follow this will result in permanent termination. IRC related services shall not be ran on your unmetered Linux, Windows or FreeBSD VPS, similar services shall be ran on our DDoS protected VPS segment for optimum protection, failure to comply will result in service suspension.
