I was his client..he is too dry to be true, 1 line reply to even 10s of your genuine problems. After agreement with Cloudflare he increased his charges 4-10 times overnight (probably thinking if you can't sign-up for free for cloudflare). Once my sites were down and I checked them online as well but he was insisting that everything is perfect, again 1 line reply.

Major downtimes on 88.198.4.94. Used to be with them. They have VERY insecure servers. Upload a shell and get all cPanel passwords. It's happened before with my friend.

They have yet to return the money as stated in their last email telling us that they would. They just kept changing the TOS each time on the fly after my partner pointed out to them that they didn't have just cause not to issue a refund.

They are thieves in my book... don't trust these peeps!

Well they are crooks. Lie cheat and steal from you. We added some funds to our account to have the invoices autopay when they are due. Well a day after the funds were on our account we decided to move on shore and cancel our service. We asked to have those funds on account refunded to us and they said no refunds.

There TOS says nothing about no refunds for funds on account only for paid invoices. We were not asking a refund for our current invoice period but only the funds on account. They still refused. They even went as far as changing the TOS to reflect that.

Long story short they stole 40 dollars of our money. They are corrupt lying individuals that make up there own rules as they go.

I also had some major downtimes with them. We were down for about 2 days.
