They are good host, used it few months ago.
I have never heard of them, how long have they provide their services?

I am using them as a host, with their basic plan from shared hosting. I am very satisfied with them, their support team is great. This are my stats from pingdom:
September 2012 99.44% 896 ms
August 2012 98.11% 1,178 ms
In August there was an outage for about 4 hours, but other than that just hiccups that last less than a minute. My site is running smoothly and never had issues with the speed.
