any one know whats up with ruskahost.com?

hi,
i use ruskahost for long time, but current there website is down.
since 3 weeks on there shared server cpanel license is expired.
i have create some tickets but they dont update it.
they put the tickets only "On hold" ... i want to leave ruska host but i need my db.
i cant login to phpmyadmin. nothing work correct on there server.

This doesn't sound good if their license has expired and they haven't responded to tickets. Anything on Facebook, Twitter or any social media and/or other channels they have?
