x7.to sucks as far as remote upload only half the files I set to remote upload actually load. right now I use them as a mirror along with crazyupload.
 
wow looks like tons of more crappy filehosts are going to be popping up now :( .. uploaders that only want money from ther filehosts are wrecking the scene

I very much agree, paying uploaders is a terrible idea and will get tons of spam and what not.
 
i don't understand whats wrong getting something back for what u share..:|

If XXX is paying and XXX is not paying, why not upload to the filehost that PAYS.

because that NOT what the warez scene is about .. greedy uploaders are the ones that are ruining it,you get these files for free,and then expect to be paid to upload them? .. i have been in the scene since the early 90s and never before heard such nonsence
 
lol iMage, you were always against gaining from the scene and i never understood why...It doesn't hurt to earn a bit while sharing, u still get the stuff for free. Your the one now being greedy wanting to get stuff for free and others not getting paid.
 
im not being greedy at all,im not sure how its greedy for me to want the Warez scene to be what it is meant to be.. im just tired of all the shit hosts is all,if ya'll want to make money selling accts etc awesome,i dont have a problem with that.. its just all the shit hosts popping up now that sucks

i know im not the only one that agrees with this,but you are right RT,i have indeed been against profiting from uploading warez
 
'the scene' has turned to complete shit with the greedy people wanting to make $5/month. I agree about things changing from the early 90s until now. No point in trying to explain it to you people who missed the real warez times
 
iMage, remember uploading like 40 files for one game (2.88mb files) to places like tripod, xoom, geocities and places like that for no profit? then when the files died after 20min people worked together posting mirrors and never asked for nothing in return?
 
ya man i was in on tht when the http scene emerged lol.. uploading in 3.5mb parts like you say 40-50 or more parts lol

same with the ftp's.. scanning tagging filling,jsut to get it locked by sysadmin,or some fuckin deleter lol
 
If you really want to make some money, uploading is a terrible way to do so. Instead of making REAL money you're there sitting on your computer uploading. You're already rewarded by getting points, this whole payment crap is a terrific way to add more newbs looking to make a quick buck who don't know jack about warez.
 
haha oh the memories. FreeGamez4All on the Wave board, easywarez.com went ledgit for a while then tried being a dll site, t50 toplist, t35 toplist.... the memories
 
i guess in one way tho cant really blame the uploaders,its all these new hosts offering the money that are really destroying things... RS is great along with some others,even Hotfile for a filehost that pays at least has decent speeds for the end user to download from
