well thats the speed provided by the ISP of urs u can't do a thing about it ...

mostly ISP these days look over to the download speed than the upload speed and hence that shit happeneds ... <_<

lol nah DLow, the USA is pretty far behind when it comes to internet technology. Pakistan is ahead of us . There are states here that don't have fiber optics, Pakistan does.
