Anti-Spam in vBulletin 4.1.x?

Hi, I am having a terrible problem with spambots registering on my forum and posting spam. I ban like 10 a day and they just keep coming. Can anyone recommend the best way to deal with them? I have tried question/answer, I have tried requiring email confirmation, captcha, etc. Nothing stops them.

I guess you are dealing with credit card dumps and so on spams. Use question and answer in the registration page and use this plugin:-
