Another WRZHost review

I got my shared hosting pack bit over a month ago for 2.95$ wich is fairly cheap but make no mistake, u get what u pay for.

In the first week i already had my ip banned twice due "flooding" leaving me ofcourse unable to access my own space. This might not sound as a big deal but count atleast an entire day for the submitted ticket to be read and handled. After the second time they added my ip on the whitelist or whatever u may call it.

As for the speed it was fairly decent most of the times, sometimes it did around 10 seconds to load a page, but ugh what do u expect for 3dollar.

Then, last friday my space went down till sunday round 2pm. After that it stayed online till i reckon tuesday evening and was back online when i left work on wednesday (today) around 6am. Today just a couple minutes ago it went down again (sigh) luckly only for a couple minutes.

the support, well i've heard plenty of times wJunction isnt a support section. But really, its the only way to contact them. During the downtime from friday till sunday i dindt get a single reply on their site or by mail from what was going on. And if i wasnt on here reading the topic about that current downtime i wouldnt know shit. After the server came back online i did receive a reply on my ticket saying my space was online again, but im not blind obviously.

Im not trying to slag off wrzhost in any way, im sure there are people putting their life and soul in it. Im just sharing my rather unplesant expiriences.

Well, honestly, not many people are satisfied with them, they are pretty reliable, and i hope they will be back on their feet again, if your'e not satisfied with them, i'd suggest you to switch your host.

When you buy non-professional hosting, what you will get?

Support is one of the keys to be a decent hoster and honestly i never had good support on hostings with advertise here.

Mainly these "hosting companies" (if they deserve the name) change owner in a few months, some close, etc etc...

They only care about shocking good price and resources... but support, that needs a little bit of experience and knowledge about servers and most of amateur hosters here simply fail at that point.

To me that looks like he is pushing the blame and it a very unprofessional way to handle something

yeah he might be doing that, but you have to understand most of what he says is true. hosting the content that people want to host is very hard, because not only is it hard to find a good data center for a decent price, it's hard to maintain the server itself. (because of either having to make sure the server is secure, protecting against attacks, or even general things with the DC's -- since some of the dc's really suck!)

i'm sure wrzhost is trying their best to fix the problems, and if you do not feel that they are you can change hosts. No one is stopping you.
I have never tried wrzhost's service personally, however from what I have heard most of the time the hosting is decent (better than alot of other hosts here!), -- the only "bad" thing I have heard is about the support (it is either slow and/or it just lacks).

so just be patient! I'm sure they will fix the problem soon (if it is their HK servers that are having problems, most likely because of some sort of attack or problems with the DC as china and such is very slow / have crappy dc's). Try not to make thousands of tickets asking "WHEN WILL IT BE UP". -- As it will just piss them off lol. They know that they have to put the server up and most likely will.

Anyways. again BE PATIENT, and if you don't want to them switch hosts, it's that simple.
 
wrzhost was the worst shared host that I ever used, in 2 months I had 2 downtime period, first one takes 7 days and the second one takes 5 days.

Don't go for wrzhost if you want to keep your visitors.

You have some valid points and i do agree with you on most of them
But at the end of the day they are the ones who started a hosting site that supports warez sites so if they are having problems finding servers or what ever then i would hardly call that my fault thats on them to sort out

Look at it this way asda charges you extra because they are pissed that they started the wrong company and wanted to sell dildos instead :| lul

(i dont want to sound like a prick or anything but thats how i see it anyway)
 
lol, So i asked if they could transfer my domain to my personal godaddy acc, first they moved the ticket from technical department to billing and then 3 days later they moved it from billing to sales -_- and i still dont have my domain...
