I got my shared hosting pack bit over a month ago for 2.95$ wich is fairly cheap but make no mistake, u get what u pay for.
In the first week i already had my ip banned twice due "flooding" leaving me ofcourse unable to access my own space. This might not sound as a big deal but count atleast an entire day for the submitted ticket to be read and handled. After the second time they added my ip on the whitelist or whatever u may call it.
As for the speed it was fairly decent most of the times, sometimes it did around 10 seconds to load a page, but ugh what do u expect for 3dollar.
Then, last friday my space went down till sunday round 2pm. After that it stayed online till i reckon tuesday evening and was back online when i left work on wednesday (today) around 6am. Today just a couple minutes ago it went down again (sigh) luckly only for a couple minutes.
the support, well i've heard plenty of times wJunction isnt a support section. But really, its the only way to contact them. During the downtime from friday till sunday i dindt get a single reply on their site or by mail from what was going on. And if i wasnt on here reading the topic about that current downtime i wouldnt know shit. After the server came back online i did receive a reply on my ticket saying my space was online again, but im not blind obviously.
Im not trying to slag off wrzhost in any way, im sure there are people putting their life and soul in it. Im just sharing my rather unplesant expiriences.
