Seems like your email templates have some issues.. You need to check that...

Please explain abit more, is then when you reply to your client via a ticket or where is this part of the screenshot taken.

change your email template to valid & allowed tags & codes.

either that or your using the wysiwyg editor, which does not allow HTML. The chars just get html.encoded (e.g.   &wgt; ) - instead use the HTML editor.

Are you using a nulled copy?

First of all is this a nulled script or its a genuine script from whmcs.com?

If its nulled i suggest get the whmcs.com script then try install that one, and see.

Correct, as Storming said contact WHMCS support, as its free; so take advantage of it!

Its probably a template issue, or possibly something installed or edited wrong.

In which case it will be much faster for you to contact whmcs directly as I'm sure they'll be able to fix the problem in a matter of minutes.

Guyz WHMCS says it's my server problem. But when i contact m server provider he say it will work. I am confused guyz. Can u help me with any new ideas please?
