It is really nice, I think the header and post icons could use a little bit more work but overall it is really good!

the border is way too huge, and the drop shadow on the renders doesn't look that great. maybe use a different font as well, though i suppose it doesn't really matter.
6 or 7/10 nice job

nice work on the skin, but those renders really fail. I suggest you remove those renders from the background and design a nicer backgreound that fits in with the actual skin. Very good work there, but those gaming renders spoil it all. Also, work on the footer.

-Ditch the renders, I would go with an epic screenshot from a game
-Banner above nav bar is way to simple and boring go with a smaller logo or something like that
IMO doing the above would improve the skin

It's pretty good I think. You should consider making themes for the e107 CMS system because that's quite popular now for clan sites and has a fairly easy template system.
