Well, as the message writes, something secure. This can be offshore banking, or a bank in a country that doesn't care about this (but that won't get me investigated when I request money, like Iran would be safe as long as I don't touch it lol) and that will protect the account.

If someone can provide something strong, I will reward you heavily.

Make a hole in your pillow and put it there. It's protects your money, makes it comfortable for the money to just "lay there" and it will not give you any trouble when requesting.

offshore banking can be used but it does cost money, try search google and carding forums its not hard to find the right one just make sure its offshore in europe or asia and check there TOS before you buy into them, some can be scams.
