Happy, think again, create a poll and you will find that most of the peoples will agree on this. Looks like you are again implementing the rules of Katz.

Buddy you made a mistake.......Katz can implement rules as they had the power of traffic they sent alot........

But combination of all these 3 DDL's cant guarantee u that much traffic.:|
 
Indeed, but they should not add the RS or MF as primary or should add FSO. We will get a lot of traffic from these filehosts as you can see that FSO links are everywhere as their affiliate programs are awesome
 
But they should 1 host of primary...2 host of primary+ another secondary host...its alot of work for uploaders for getting just 30-40downloads of 10 posts
 
Alright, first of all I support Whoo, Happy and Split, knew it's going to happen quite some time ago and it is as I expected.

Rules, always good to have em. 6 Buttons and 12 Links + some Ads is very good, so guys, you can't complain.

You can cry all you want but Katz is gone and without doubt Twilight, Nexus and Mecho are biggest ones around. I won't even mention Phaze because they suck big time, the most unprofessional website and support I have ever seen.

On another topic, stop requesting damn Filesonic! No wonder you don't run a sucesefull DDL website. You have to see whats in best interest for people who download, yes for uploaders aswell but uploaders are not top priority.

Rapidshare and Megaupload are still top filehosts for downloaders. And legendary Mediafire, that website is amazing for downloading.

Great thread guys, I wish you all best, great amount of traffic is coming to you as we speak so don't fuck up.

^ya i agree ,what is the necessity of a secondary filehost in addion to 2 primary file host for 4 and 5 star is what i do not understand

Rule should be simple ,means downloaders should be able to buy any premium account with confidence after browsing through these ddl,as there are many primary host and in addition there are secondary file host it may put downloaders in delemma

i believe providing a single standard file host is better than providing 10 mirrors even if it is rapidshare,especially in these days were new filehost popup every month

Smith 2 Primary Hosts is bad....we have no problem with uploading to 3 filehosts but Primary hosts all are not that good so we want to reduce the requirement of 2 primary hosts..:(

and u can even ban filesonic while submitting i dont care about it ...but the primaries are what i cant upload too...So 1 primary would rock

1) 5 hosts in primary which the downloaders loveeee
2) you guys allow adverts to an extent
3) movie submission title rules <3 <3

one question - is my site well within the allowed advert limit? http://www.1linkmovies.com ???
 
Mr Happy no offense, but a ddl site cannot force new rules to a site until they send a decent traffic. katz could force, coz they were sending good traffic.
 
I am a little confused a small point here with regards the ratings mostly due to my own circumstances. Now T-V (my site) only allows links from your list of primary hosters which currently are as follows;

Rapidshare
Hotfile
Megaupload
FileServe
MediaFire

Now because of this does this mean that we can never achieve a rating of 5* (we have 5* with Nexus atm) because all the hosters in your secondary category are currently banned on T-V. For 4* and 5* you have set it to be;

2 primary
1 secondary

Now I think this is great but we don't allow any in the secondary category (we may be allowing Duckload at some point) but all our submits would be from the primary group so in my view this makes us better? My point is that would be get the higher rating because we only use primary hosters?

This is a great start for sure and like anything that is just started things will most certainly need tweaking here and there until all the kinks are worked out (y)

why HF is added as a Primary filehost in the list as nobody is going to uploads their files on HF anymore?

I second this.

Also I believe 1 file host as primary should be fine for 4 and 5* sites. As the DDL's mature and grow over time then they can enforce harder rules to comply with. :)

That's the only host which does not show me any error while free downloading

I feel 3 filehost rule for 5* is bit harsh/strict. Make it one primary & one secondary compulsory if possible
