Anime css layouts

I am searching for anime css base layouts. anyone know good layout, someone help me. I have searched a lot for this... could not find a good anime base layout

You would have better luck making your own. At least then it's Free and exactly how you want it. CSS is very simple if you know the basics. Easier using DreamWeaver.

What type are you looking for? three column? two column?
And why is the difference between regular CSS and an anime CSS besides the header image possibly?

Is this for a site/HTML or css for like MySpace?
