Also, how strongly do you enforce DCMA? Do you remove after a mere report (e.g. pushing the report button)?

What I meant is do you really count all the downloads from same IP until 1$? Because that's what your original post says at the moment.
Unfortunate that there's no FTP, but I can live without if the reply to the question above is yes.

Count from the same IP until 1$ essentially means that every single download is always counted, is it really so?
