Im confuse..

In VPS you will be full Admin and you can install anything, but RDP is just a limited user and admin can get access to your files and data.
Also a VPS is great for light jobs, if you want to keep downloading,uploading and raring, simply buy a cheap server!

yes, you can install but we limit cpu usage per vps.
