Hi! Thanks for the intestst. I can confirm it is and our servers are custom built and watercooled hosted out of our own locations and Data Centres in the UK, the building, power, networking, security and access is truly our own.

In regards to DMCA we simply forward reports to clients directly :-)

We've been in business for just over a year and our Dedicated Servers are fully owned, managed and custom built with custom watercooling.
