LOL. I guess the first thing you people always try to detect is whether an email is legit or not. xD Rather than staying upon the topic the entire discussion actually was shifted on the 'email's legibility'. :P (I guess the OP is not disabled to detect something like a SPAM)
She doesn't seem to be a very high-profiled worker at the first place. Perhaps a section authority or marketing super-visor. Going through her in Profile I figured out that she has attained a BCA and has done a MBA from Andhra University and upon that I assume telugu is her mother-tongue. I guess you guys shouldn't press up much on her English speaking skills and etc.. Hyderabad and Bangalore are the top IT locations in India and people residing there might not have the English touch but they certainly have the most important thing, the IT knowledge & I guess that's what's required.
Communication can be done by any fool sitting right under her super-vision too. 
Coming to the topic, Amazon coming to India is certainly going to step up India's e-Commerce sector big time! This seems to be a very impressive thing at the first look but I doubt if it can provide it's services as efficiently as it does in the other part of the world. Let's wait and watch.
