I'm sure I had a similar thing when I first took my Rapidleech hosting with them.
I paid a certain way (recurring payment with Paypal I think from memory), but it didn't register on KnowinServers website. A quick support ticket to them sorted out the tiny bug. I'm sure it's just a bug within WHMCS or whatever its called. Nothing to worry about, Glenn will sort you out.
