AgileBill has proven to be pretty buggy.. don't forget it's outdated. Unless you have some spare time to fix everything I would avoid it.

Updated the thread with two new billing centers

• BoxBilling - http://www.boxbilling.com - Boxbilling has a free version of there software but it's very limited functions.

I wouldn't consider using jotform as a billing center it's a great way to sell items such as software, website templates, and PSD.
