A few things:
"Activity over the last 24 hours
New Posts 53 • New Topics 49 • New users 11• 1152 Guests in the past 24 hours"
That can't be right with the guests.
Also I love the theme but those category icons, they don't fit in with the site.
Lastly from me why dont you put all of these "Powered by phpBB © 2000, 2002, 2005, 2007 phpBB Group." etc within the white space of the site and not totally out of it.
Ps. It looks to me you are stressing the fact the website if for socialization and not the actual warez. Might want to fix your categories up.

sure it can... if its over the past 24 hours, he should have even more guests than that.
He's right it is a long domain, why not cop: AIOWarez.net or AIO-Warez.com instead?
As for the current design of the forum....
If I was you I would remove the Register banner, it's huge, annoying, makes me want to never register.
Not sure what exactly your favicon has to do with your site. I would go with an AIO image, be creative B-).
Move the chat to the top.
The forum icons are "ok" but at least get some transparent backgrounds for the ones that aren't blending....
