I used their services in the past . They really dont know what they are providing the clients. Not single technical queries were answered properly. Probably one man show .
They do promise alot before ordering the service . later on they show their true colors . I would suggest the users to be away from them .

Choosing Ecatel as datacenter . Is like keeping burning coal in your mouth.. They don't have proper site to interact with the clients . They just want to work disguised. Since 3-4 years now their site say under construction .
Always Network or hardware issues.
