Alertpay Prepaid Card Default PIN after 'Reset PIN'?

I have accidentally choose the 'Reset PIN' function at my payza account, and it reset my PIN straightly without my confirmation. :'(

Now the problem is I don't know which is my 'default PIN' number?

Anyone know where to get the default PIN number? 8-)

The card doesn't have any default pin, at least I didn't receive any pin.
I had to set my first pin in order to activate the card when I got my card.

@akibaba: probably the status of your cad is 'inactive' and you have set a new pin to use your card again.
However, you should contact support, now that they're Payza you could get an answer.

Yes, I had to set my first pin too when i first activate this card (3rd card in a series), Also I have successfully withdraw via ATM last time.

I already contacted Payza support, and waiting for their answer.

I remember that their Card have a default PIN of last 4 digits of your card number last time (2nd Card from Trucash). But I am not sure the default PIN of this 3rd Card from Trucash this time.

I just tried to withdraw at ATM with guessing the default PIN is last 4 digits of the card number, but I was wrong again!

REJECT FEE (Incorrect PIN) -$0.50

They still havent replied my ticket regarding which is the default PIN after 1 week!
