HAi i am gonna stick to paypal , no offense

See its RBI who f,ed up the whole thing .And its not said that we cant use paypal. Its only said that we have to transfer it to a bank account.
If we need to purchase anything form the net we can do it by linking a valid Credit card/Debit card to the paypal . Its just that RBI wants to get hold of every transactions that are taking place and to keep minors away form online transactions.

ANd for the 2nd option i prefer AP as its the 2nd best one avaliable.

Well, PayPal is good for people in the US. Because it's an American company.
MoneyBookers is a British company, I don't know much about MoneyBookers.
AlertPay is a Canadian company, which is really good, and internationally.
As for me AlertPay is the best!
