Alertpay is not cancelling dispute

Hi guys,
I got a problem with alertpay, I sent 12$ to a guy

, later that day i misunderstood him n submitted a dispute at alertpay. So alertpay guys
stop the transaction to Onhold.
After two days I contacted them to close the dispute n gave money back to him. they replied me like this

But the transfer is not completed till now and the money shows as Onhold to him;

wtf with alertpay they are not replying on my supported ticket also Chriz not taking responce here , not replying to my pm .!!

lol i guess tht teaches ya to not jump the gun and file a dispute instead of resolving it like a normal person. Should only be filing disputes if there is on contact from a seller for a couple days. Not like he doesnt answer on msn after an hour and file a dispute. I guess u all think Alertpay and similar places have nothing better to do i guess then cater to you lol
