For Pakistan the bank wire withdrawal fee is $15 USD. You can find the fees here, https://www.alertpay.com/en/fees.aspx

In your AlertPay account, you should see that you were charged $15 USD for the transaction.

If you see an extra $5 USD deducted once the funds are in your bank account, that's an intermedary fee levied by your bank.

Hope this clarifies the issue.
