Selling WarezSoul...

Hello guys,
i finally have decided to sell my forum, accounts, domains and everything.
As from past few days, i realise that i am not in a condition to hold my forum for long, due to the professional course i am doing.. I finally have choosen my career instead of warez..
I have seen a huge decline in my studies due to the distraction caused by sites and all, so i am leaving the scene for ever. Might be i will be back after 5 years or so, after completing my studies but thats future and not predictable.
Coming to the point, i am selling my site www.warezsoul.org. When i started the forum, i thought to make it the best forum ever, but alas due to lack of time and all, i never accomplished my thoughts..
As i am leaving the internet and scene, so i want to sell everything i have. This will include:
1. Database and domain name-www.warezsoul.org
2. In bonus, you will get the domains
warezsoul.com and warezsoul.info, so that no one else can create a similar named forum.
3. Along with this you will get all the uploaded files that have warezsoul in their download link or have a password of our forum. I will transfer all the files to your rapidshare premium account.
4. Also you will get the domains, warez2010.com and warezrealm.com

So interested guy can please quote his price here or he can pm me.

Commitment by the buyer: he will not remove the links of the other sites(advert) for the next 1 month and thereafter its their choice to continue with them or to sell the spots to someone else.

Ya bro. I have to sell it. I cant handle it anymore. I dont have enough time and money to make it going on for a long. We have used more than 200gb of bandwidth this month and our server load hover around 4 to 8, so my hosting is forcing me to move to a vps and i cant afford it for now.
I know this forum has a load of capability to become one of the best warez site, but i dont think i will be there to see that scene, coz i have to leave the world of internet. I am having my exams in next two months and then after every 4 months, so its almost impossible for me to be online for next four or five years. Hope the guy who will become the new owner, will love this forum as much as i loved it..
 
when I count the number of ppl browsing ur forum from (... browsing) beside each sections title i get no more than 100 users. Why does ur stats show 477 active users? Are u using fake stats?
 
K. I know this. I dont know what i did, but it always show it like this.. But the whole traffic is genuine. If you dont trust me, then i can allow someone to access my admincp and check out if anything is or like that.. I already have given my stats in my previous threads.
 
Currently Active Users: 510 (3 members and 507 guests) try going into AdmincP
under vB options find Cookies and HTTP Header Options and change Session Timeout to: 900 and that will fix it.

I have checked it already, as many have suggested it and i have set it 800 sec..but it still shows likewise. I saw the online.php, there are actually that much users, and every one has different ip address and many of them are viewing forum home, thats why they are not included in the XX viewing..

But if someone has doubt, then i can give access to admincp to verify it..
