Aim chat rooms usage

aim chat rooms and aol's chatting network was one of the most popular social networks that the internet has known thus far. it was huge in the 90s well up into the early to mid 2000s.

and i know there were some aim \ aol regulars who drifted into the warez scene, owning and assisting in running some notable warez sites. (like to0's old site, warezscene, etc)

did you ever use aim or aol or get groovy with their aim chat rooms? which you can still get into here

Your right Chris, those were very special times in the 90's and early 2000's. It was sad to see it die out the way that it did.

AOL created me and everything I am to this very day. Without AOL I wouldn't have the job that I do, none of my businesses would exist, the people that I know on here that can do many wonderful things, people here on WJunction I would have never met you, would have never learned how manage servers, create websites, innovate in the way that is possible today. So many things are attributed to my online years in the AOL Warez scene and I am very thankful for it.
