Affiliation Button Help.

Hey guys well I'm not good with photoshop or whatever graphic software out there, so I was wondering if you guys could please make my site an affiliation button. I would like it to go with the sites skin, gotwarez.org, look at the skin there. Yeah basically just a nice button to go with the skin and umm add some finishing touches if you'd like Thanks guys
