PMing everyone isnt how the game works, it just makes it worse for your site, you should be lucky its UltimA's site you mass PM'd, if it was someone else they'd take you down instantly. Lol, UltimA isn't a webmaster teacher, he has no time whatsoever to teach people how to become what they want unless you pay him for the lessons haha.

P.S If you arn't good at making sites ask for a partner in the community cooperative, that might help you out, that is if anyone want's to partner up with you.

Anyway, if you want to have a successful forum, you need to at least know how to manage a forum, don't you think? Know how to manage your Vbulletin and then don't expect to recruit staff just like that and the forum will be good.

First off, you need to be the one doing the hard work! You should be the one who starts the forum and do all the major work.
Don't think that it is an easy job to get a forum running successfully.
As for staff members, don't go and think that when you pm other forum's members, they will be interested. Most of them will piss with you.

Your forum's staff are not random people ... you need to get staff who are really gonna work well for you! If you look at other forums like WarezScene or Smartwarez, do you think that their staff are random people that responded to Ultima's PM on other forums to join his? NO!

They are members who worked hard in the forum and got promoted ... So don't go and do stupid things like luring other forum's members .. Get your OWN Staff!
And to get your OWN staff, you need to do the HARD WORK!

Nothing is easy :p
