For you I'd say go to blogger n make a test blog with no offensive content. After you get to grips and know how know how to post/maintain the blog, buy a domain from somewhere that allows porn (google) and get hosting from a company allowing porn and if ideally warez (mail the provider and ask them). Now just create your site. After this you can either upload your own content or set up an automatic feed from other sources

Not mention your going to have to do a ton of SEO work in order to get it ranked. Adult tube site niche is extremely saturated, but if your dedicated it will eventually rank.

It really isn't hard man, just takes a bit of reading and some trial and error. Fuck spending a few hundred quid on a setup.

Well, if you want to start a tube.. here's what i would do:
- get hosting and a brandable/memorable domain
- use wordpress with a decent tube-theme (there's one for free, can't remember the name)
- select a niche thats not too big and not too small
- find a sponsor in that niche who has loads of vids for you to embed
at the same time remember that you probably will make the most money by selling dating and cams, so you should also shop around for a dating/cam sponsor in your niche.
- Heavily tweak your site regarding simplicity and browsing experience.
..and off you go!

I'm having a bit of problem like that. I got a model and content but seting it up is a pain and (I'll admit) I'm not the best for the job

- Acquire web script
- Become 100% 18 USC 2252 complaint, or face delays with your business / being shutdown.
- Find appropriate hosting, such as a virtual private server or dedicated server.
- Find an adult payment provider
- Negotiate an affiliate program with non-video (graphics) adult sites where they run your ads.
For "tube" style sites, I haven't done them and I've seen many web applications available.
