Hello,
I've just joined your esteemed advertisers/publishers forum.
I'd like to share my problems and issues with Adsterra.
I've been working with Adsterra since 2020 and have received regular, high weekly payments.

After receiving my payment on September 15, 2025, I encountered mobbing. I'm not sure if I'm personally involved with the manager, Aldar, who manages Adsterra, or if I'm actually part of such a scheme, as per company rules.

My daily earnings averaged $1200-1500, and I received regular payments for about 5-6 months.
After receiving my payment on September 15, 2025, my account was mobbed. My ad impressions were limited. I couldn't generate any ad impressions. Despite having traffic, I couldn't generate any profit.

As a publisher for five years, I was constantly seeking solutions, but I was still being mobbed.

They claimed my traffic was invalid, using various excuses, even though my entire traffic source was Google. My $5,058 earnings were deleted from my account without my consent, and they weren't processed.
I said no problem and continued with my work.
They stated that they had received conversions from 50% of my traffic overall during our six-month advertising campaign, but they also refunded the earnings I had earned from conversions from the deleted earnings and didn't deposit them.

In our meetings with a manager named Aldar, we showed only one ad to each visitor from each IP address to improve traffic quality, but they weren't satisfied with this.

Even though I provided them with Google Search Console reports and all my evidence, they continued to harass me as if it were a personal matter.

The next payment week, on the day my $3,668.64 earnings were supposed to be deposited into my account, my account was switched from a weekly payment to a two-week payment period, and I was subjected to harassment.
After extensive negotiations, I was able to convince them to pay.

I didn't mind this, but my average CPM in my account was around $6-7, and I couldn't get past the $2 CPM figure. My US traffic normally has a cpm of $15-20, but they set it at $3. I'm not even counting other countries.
As a publisher who earns approximately $395,000, what wouldn't a company that caused me this injustice do to you?
My account will probably be closed after this post, but I will continue to speak out about my grievances.
