Please suggest me good ads company that allows warez, and have images as ads (like you can see on wbb or katz, on the right & header).

Depends mate, they even pay $1.20 per click :o Depends on ad and where from the traffic is

sorry to tell you but more than half of the list you mentioned has all their ads full of malwares,trojans etc,

the only reputable one i can pick from there are
Smowtion.com
burstmedia.com (they dont allow warez i believe
adbrite.com
