@bluejax: Your second assumption is correct. If no offers can be found for a user's country, then the overlay doesn't show at all and it automatically redirects the user to the real URL.
@bxflow: CPALead and other content lockers don't do what we do, we work differently. With those content lockers, you must own a website which you can place their content locker code onto to block certain pages. We on the other hand provide a short URL content locker. With us you don't even have to own a website, you can pick out any site on the net and place a content locker over it. Also if you are a webmaster, we now provide a tool for you to convert all links on your page into AdM.as links. We currently are the only network out there with this technology and level of customization.

@bluejax: We cover pretty much every country we're able to get offers from, in fact many of our international offers are paying out higher than our US offers (mobiles).
@Mp3Drug: The way it currently functions is if no offers can be found for a viewer's country, then the overlay will automatically redirect them to the real URL. It may be a nice feature though to have it like you're saying where it can redirect to an alternative link you would specify - if there's enough demand for this option I can add it.
For JavaScript, if it's turned off when someone visits a short URL, they will be automatically redirected to a page explaining that it's disabled and it must be enabled for them to continue (and it shows them how to do so). The same goes for users that try to block our site with AdBlock and/or NoScript. We also provide this protection within our Full Page Script, at the publisher's discretion.
