post your link to forum and and websites when anyone click your link then he will view 5 second add before contant they you will earn,
your earning base on your clicks but don't click your own links otherwise adf.ly banned you

How to earn? Upload unique content, and then mask the links. That's my primary way of doing things with adfly. though that couldn't be the best way, but I have good and efficient conversions compared to the minimal effort I do.

Post the links to as many websites as you can. But don't spam. Make sure the link is useful to your post. And make sure the website/forum etc allows those urls.

They fall under affiliate links too.

adfoc.us is another good one too.
