Add Tabs on Facebook

I was trying to add some new tabs on facebook any idea how to do that.

As i cant see to get through facebook apps.

@Mental they dont seem to work with FMBL.

I cant even access facebook apps. Its no longer there.

@Mental creating an app is not an issue, i want FMBL apps. They dont seem to work, so how can you add some new tabs.

There are tabs on facebook example is this

You will see side tabs like fathers day , facebook live and all.
