Ad in Facebook really works?

After seeing many people are giving ads in Facebook, I am also thinking about this. What is your opinion guys, do Facebook ads really works well in bringing visitors and clients?

It works. I was on a training of the Facebook and after that I started to use power edior (Facebook ads tool) and I can see the difference between 'before' and 'after'.

Yes It works, But Ad should be attractive , Real with an eye catching images for facebook users.
