Active user(s) Not showing up

I have moved my server from 1 place to other

Now i dont see anything in active user(s) (in the past 30 minutes)

But from third party stats i see abt 30 users online everytime

Can anyone help me fix the issue

I use IPB 3.1.4

Probably template problem, switch to default template, and see if the online users aren't showing up.

Nah its not template problem

I see the same in default skin as well

Even now i have 40 users online but in active user it should be same if not more

How much time has passed since you changed servers?
Are you sure that your DNS has updated for all your users?

They could still be accessing the old server which incidentally has stats installed and hence will still show up on the stats tracking page.

Nope everything has been copied to the new server + i have changed DNS ( yes and its also propogated )

I am fully using the new server resources

The IPB stats dont depend on awstats if u mean to say that

Oh it was AWStats you were talking about, thought you meant GA or StatCounter or something along those lines.

Then I'm not quite sure.

Nope

No when i was on old server it was fine
The moment i moved to new server this went wrong

BTW i use 3.1.4

It was some nginx issue
