Take my advise [i'm expert 2 years of warez]:

1- stay away from Netherlands, whay ?!!!!
sooner or later you will hunted by BREIN foundation which will kill your site and your host company will remove you so easily without any warning !!. [happened with me]

2- stay away from altushost.com, i test them, they good at first, but they can not protect you from BREIN foundation

3- try to find russian, asian, Lithuania server location

4- currently i test a company, i hope that they can protect me :sun:
 
BREIN does have authority over NL servers but they will remove only if it violates NL's laws.
And most of you guys only bother with DMCA, so why be afraid?

they kill my site for DMCA reports comes from USA [so, they take the DMCA even it's not NL's laws]
