Are we supposed to trust Gigatux, some company I never heard of, specially coming from a guy who screwed up bad?
Glad I backup up my site to FS yesterday. I knew it wouldn't last long seeing the huge number of complaints from clients everyday.
Dlow and Ace thinks that it is not their responsibility. Well, the paypal accounts where the funds went are yours. You even got money from stablelayer for your hosting. That money have to be enough to refund members. I was a client of crypticvps, and i opened a dispute, and will open a claim soon. I don't care who is the one who did this, who is responsible for it. I paid for someone, who never gave anything back, and i want to get the money from the same account i paid to.

i don't know why you are all complaining.
don't know how many times I have to state this but, BACK UP YOUR FILES.
you can't blame a company for losing your files -- it's your own damn fault for trusting them! Heck, I backup my files on my own server, and I'm the only one on it / managing it.
Now i'm not saying to not trust any company, as some companies have backups -- but you can't always rely on them!
And another thing, stop going with start up "companies"! Sure... some of them may seem good and be "stable" after a few days... but just go through the shared hosting forums and see what happened to all of these little companies -- they all close down or "sell" within the first couple of months or even a year!.
Their excuse "I'm too busy" -- or "We got hacked". -- Seriously, that's not an excuse, so why even start up your so called "company" in the first place.
so stop complaining, stop making useless threads. pick up your stuff and just leave to another company. and if you can chargeback -- if you don't get nothing, well atleast you tried. (don't try to chargeback for stupid reasons, like if it's against their terms, or they have a money back guarantee and you're already past that -- because it's just a waste of time). -- plus i'm sure it's only a couple of dollars you spent.
which brings me to my other point. if it seems too good to be true, IT IS!
QUALITY + UPTIME = $$$
Don't go spending 5$ for 500GB of space and 1TB BW, it's not possible. Just like 15$ for 2GB VPS with 4 cores. -- too cheap, and most likely you'll get screwed!

Anyways, if any of you are looking for hosts, are confused on what kind of host, or need to some how hopefully migrate your data, feel free to PM or contact me on MSN -- i'll be more than happy to help, and unlike other people I won't say "OHH YEAHH GO WITH MY HOSTING I R THE BEST" -- because that's just stupid. <_<
BTW -- I forgot to add, if you end up charging back and not getting anything, don't go being dumb and opening up a thread like "ZOMG HE SCAMMED ME BLAH BLAH" -- because it just makes you look stupid for not reading what I said above and it won't do anything by getting the person banned from the forum -- big deal + it has nothing to do with WJ nor are they liable as they have stated hundreds and hundreds of times

Dlow + Ace have nothing to do with the problems that you or anyone else is having. The money that they got is theirs -- IMO they should have asked for more, but then again i'm a business man.
Saying Dlow and Ace should give back the money is stupid -- that's like saying if I win the lottery here in the states (say like 100Mil) -- that I should give back the money to help stimulate the economy.. my answer? "HELL FUCKING NAWW"
Once Dlow + Ace got the money, that's their money and that's that --from that moment they had nothing to do with the "companies". -- However, Dlow did make a mistake by I believe helping people out still -- because it back fired on him and now people are bugging him for things that he doesn't even know about.
If you want money go to StableLayer or w/e it's called. -- that's who you should be dealing with, and that's who you should be getting money from if you even deserve any.
