Alright, Since everyone is coming for me to answers.
Honestly do not have them :(

Everyone is coming to me,

"DLow have you talked to syflys, DLow have you heard from stablelayer,"

The answer is no i have not which is very unfortunate. Infact this is the last conversation we had on Dec 5th

From what i have heard from "Two Individuals" They think i am Syflys

All i have to say to that is really ? *let me nod my head X-(

From what i understand how ever all hosting accounts should be online & pointed to ns5.stablelayer.eu & ns6.stablelayer.eu

if you had web hosting with WebDen or CrypticVPS and your site is offline this is probably because you have not changed your DNS Records at your registrar.

How ever i do not have access to Stablelayer.eu so i can not help people as i have no access, Basically if i could i would.

i have helped a lot of people out here on WJunction & plan to continue to do so over time i have been here for over a year i have seen a lot of people come and go and a lot of bad things happen to good people, In all reality this is turning into one of those cases unforuntally


As for people saying ME & ACE should be held responsible ? I would like to know how ? We do not own the hardware/servers we do not own stablelayer.eu we sold our small companies. Once again i will put out there if i could help i would, People are coming to me wanting a refund people are coming to ace they want a refund how can we refund you when we do not own the dam company ?

In all i guess it was a bad decision that i will take a hit for, How ever i hope everyone in end will quit putting the blame on me :(

And let me add in one more thing, When i did own webden the only down time we ever had was a Large Scale DDoS on layer3 other than that everything ran quite smooth.

I see another issue is stablelayer.eu does not even load so i guess some one is butt hurt and is playing with a botnet

I had talk with the StableLayer guy, SysFlys today and he was very much frustrated
with the ddos attacks and the Data center as they nullrouter their ips,
and is probably going to sell of his company.

This is what he told me over msn, but lets wait and see and hope he takes the best decision..

You all need to take your index fingers out each and everyone of your asses. You shouldn't be taking your dealings out with Syflys on Dlow. Its pretty obvious Dlow isn't Syflys, especially when I've known Dlow for the whole time I've been on the scene, roughly 4 years. Now get a grip and stop acting like animals.
 
just confuse why you removed stablelayer from ur signature DLOW before u very make user interest to stablelayer and now syflys need selling the company

Sorry brotha, but it's weird.

Logically, he's stupid for paying you and ACE 500$ each. You know that WebDen had a lot of downtime, you know that CrypticVPS had a lot of downtime too. So, that's showing us something ... If John asks Foster, have he used WebDen, he'll say: "Yes I did, but there were so many downtime, so I just switched to better hosting provider."

Now, would you buy CrypticVPS & WebDen if you were him? But be honest. And would you let so many downtimes after you paid 1,000$ for 2 companies with bad reputation?

I don't think so .. You would try your best to fix everything up, you just couldn't afford any downtimes ... Or you'll be fucked, and money you invested won't come back.
 
Very unfortunate, I've been a victem of HostWeTrust (MrPeanut420 and crew), and my site didn't want to work on another host...

Now this.... Unfortunate...

I changed the nameservers a while ago (few days back) but still no A record!

Who told you that CrypticVPS and WebDen was sold out for 500$ each ?
Do you think CrypticVPS was even worth 200$ ?
SysFlys probably paid 100$ each for both of these companies. ;)
1000$ was just a hipe...

DLow blacked out first numbers in the screenshot, he paid "500$" to DLow, fees were 5$ , and amount he received was "495$".

+ He wrote somewhere else that SyFlys paid them 1000$ each or 500$ each. And I do not think that both of the companies were worth more than 200$.

Indeed paid me $500 for WebDen & i believe he paid ACE $300 for CrypticVPS

And honestly he talked us down each about $200

And yes i blacked out the numbers for privacy reasons but if every must know what it was sold for their it is :s
 
Ah, you can expect chargebacks as soon as he notices he was... let's call it cheated. He paid $500 for a company that lost all the data just before they got kicked from WS? I wouldn't accept it even if it was free.

Well, if you check the screenshot again, it cant be 500$,
because the paypal fees are 5$, and if DLow received 500$, then the fees would be like 25$ ( 5%) or or 18$ atleast at 3.5%.

But the fees are 5$, 5% of 100$ is 5$, so there it is , he paid around 100$ :)
But may be i am wrong ;)

If any data was lost on webden it was syflys transfering data, & As far as i know Syflys had a server setup at ecetal and transfered all WebDen & CrypticVPS Shared Hosting clientele

He is not referring to you DLow :)
He is referring to Ace's company.

And he bought the company from Ace, so that he can be friendly with Ace,
and make use of him to boost his sales on wjunction.
But he failed it seems...

Makes sense I suppose. That why ACE was deleting all the negative comments and closing all the topics?
 
how abt dont start "companies" if u cant handle running them -.- ends up screwing innocent webmasters at the end -.-

Indeed, and yesterday infact he was threating me to ban my staff Allan,
just coz he posted in a public thread about stablelayer..

And i was like GTFO :P
