A Site To Stream Youtube In Blocked Places

Hey Guys
I came over a site that i guess is being circulated on some Facebook pages that allows users where youtube is blocked to play Youtube videos at good speeds, ie i also tried with a crappy connection but no idea why speed was good.
The site looks new and it isnt designed that well but still as long as it works who cares :P

I'm not sure what it is but i don't think its a proxy all the youtube videos play at full speed and it has never gone down or stopped working.

It only runs if the youtube video is blocked so you never have to do anything special it just does all the work for you.

Edit: ok just looked it is a proxy and its not its actually quite clever.

If you've the Youtube video link you can also choose to download the video via keepvid.com even if you're blocked.
