Hello,


As many of you know OTEUpload.com has not sent payouts since the end of November 2013. I am here to explain and offer an explanation as to what happened and what we have planned. You may have seen the interview with Scrolldog.com here: HERE.


First off, I will address the question at hand, what happened to OTEUpload.com/OTE Network LLC? At the end of November we were told by our bank that they were having difficulty in receiving our payments. When we became aware of this issue we immediately called our payment processor requesting information as to why we had not received any payments. We learned of a few issues and decided that they would close our account. Our payment page was hacked and attached to an illegal website that was processing payments as us. Someone reported to MasterCard that this had happened and that is how they became aware of the problem. We were then told we had 24 hours to clear our name by providing all information we were not linked nor knew this illegal website or we would lose all processing facilities.


We provided all of the information that we could that proved we were not linked with them within the limited time frame that we were given. However, they did not give us the time frame we were allotted and had already closed our processing facilities before we were given a chance to send the proof. We called them to figure out what was going on to then find out that they would not open our account, they would begin taking money from us to build a chargeback fund and would not tell us anything. Since this time they have not replied to any emails, answered any of our phone calls and have withdrawn close to $65k USD or more. We are in the process of suing their company and taking them to court because they closed us for no valid reason. We have received a letter in the mail from them stating that the funds will be returned at the end of a 180 day period that began on November 22, 2013.


We have implemented OTEUpload.com with the new website FileHaste.com. All user stats have been transferred including past and future payouts, user referrals, usernames and passwords. You may login to your OTEUpload.com account and all is there. If you have any issues please contact support@filehaste.com for assistance. The only thing that we were unable to transfer was the user files. You may begin storing your files on the new website whenever you are ready.


Our goal is that once we have received the funds back from our payment processor the amounts that are owed to the users who have made requests and earnings will be sent to them. We have never not sent a payment and hope that you can trust us in this aspect that we will send the payouts once we have received the funds.


We have made it our top priority to pay out the members that are owed. Starting from this point on, any profits or additional income that is received outside of FileHaste or etc will be dedicated to paying back the members that were previously owed. We are dedicated to the users here on WJunction and respect you all for your contributions. As you may be aware there is an internet war taking place behind the scenes and we were one of the subjects and focal points of that war. Our new site is protected because we no longer host the payment page which is what we did previously. It is hosted specifically by our gateway taking out the chance for it being hacked and stolen again.


The top priority for us is to pay back the funds that are owed to our users. Whether that means that we have to make payouts from all the additional profits that we make from FileHaste or loans. We want to pay you, it’s in our best interest! Keep your payment accounts in tact the payments will come as soon as we are able to.


FileHaste is live and open for users to begin using as soon as you are ready!


I am here to answer any questions that you may have about OTEUpload.com and OTE Network LLC. Questions and comments are welcome. We have sent the required proofs to the admin and staff of WJunction.com. Please refrain from negative statements. They will be reported to the staff.

AK flagged all your payment processors he has not right do this he is just does this on his own he does not work with anybody

Our business was closed for outside reasons from Adult King, at least the portion from MasterCard. We know what happened and we believe we know who did this to us. We have been recommended not to speak about this part by our Lawyer.
 
AK has gotten at least 50 file host payment processors remove from file host this chump with a ego is to blame. At the same time he is not touching any adult tube sites he claims they are following DCMA to a T when most are not :faceplam:
 
Welcome back, seems you have been through quite an ordeal. Just because I am nosy, could you not monitor your account and see these extra charges etc for non OTE related things then get it sorted before it became a huge issues.

BTW i have no idea about these things so my suggestion probably makes me look silly.

So OTE was not sold as, correct me if i am wrong, you guys are filehaste now?

then why you take this much day..??


you had time for

setup a new domain,
setup hosting for that,
trasferrring database and more work


but you don't have time to explain in your support thread, it take just 1 minute, already guys lost their time, now you lost their files.

Finally you lost the trust, i am not ready to use your host anymore, because there is a chance again this happen with you (then you create thread like this after 1 month and hold money for another 180 days)

Please check above screenshot, they have just 18 days to renew, if they have responsibility about user means, they maintain all.

so oteupload admin, you again buy new domain or renew..? you may thing 18 days is big, but it clearly showed your failure in management.

We were working to accomplish this find some startup capital and a few other things so that we would be able to accurately depict ourselves. Originally we felt that it would be enough to do a interview but then we received a few requests that we explain ourselves here so that is what we did. I hope you can understand. It takes a lot of man power setting everything up. Also filehaste has been extended and should not have any more worries about that.
 
i think this is the new trick playing for uploaders.
when they get new sales from uploaders and they not paying again to uploaders then they closed this company.
and start again as new company now that is called a pure real scammers.
 
Yeah, it took me all of two minutes after speaking with OTEUpload Admin on Skype to realize that OTEUpload was run by XFileSharingPro fools who didn't have a clue what they were doing.

Thanks though for letting me know about your new domain, I just blacklisted that one as well from being used on my site since that will likely fall apart as well.

I mean really, how does a file host have their virtual merchant terminal hacked and not notice the odd charges? Fucking children shouldn't be attempting to run a file sharing service..

You must register on FileHaste. That was one of the problems that we ran into on OTEUpload. Users would upload illegal porn files, CP etc and we would get report of it but there would be no account linked so we would have to ban the IP only.

We aren't playing any tricks. Our funds were non-legitimately withdrawn and we are working to get them back. We launched the new site in order to continue providing the quality level of service that many of our users have received prior to this occurring. We never missed any payouts until we ran into this issue unless your payout was rejected and that was generally due to the fact that you did not abide by our TOS or had numerous fraudulent sales.

Yes we ran XFSPro however we had done a lot of custom coding and alterations to the script afterwards. We were also working on a new script which is still in development currently. You may have not been talking to our admin, he does know what he is doing. That is ok if you feel that way however our new site and business will not fold we have a lot of great things planned to bring to the community.

It wasn't that it was necessarily hacked it was that they were operating as if they were us. We didn't receive any abnormal charges or anything it was all same prices that we were had set at our website. We actually have never gotten the full details of what actually happened as our processor who claimed they were there to protect us would not assist us in anyway. Which I am not sure if you are in the US but that is completely illegal they advertised that they would be there to help us solve situations such as this.
