There was one downtime in which have doubled the whole server specs it was done very fastly and it took about 15 minutes approximately and now everything is back...

Yes, we will install softcalous coz it have more scripts then the fantastico , you can see the softcalous after you purchase the hosting

And please confirm me that your services allow DMCA... Because i have listened that those web hosting which do not allow dmca,., then their website is taken down without any prior notice

acctually your domain has been already registered with us by some other user, so please make it clear that if you registered with us before
 
your services have some problem dont know why but its file manager did not work properly and does not working properly

but when is use OpenDNS's DNS i am able to open them.
do you wats d problem?
