My VPS is working fine even after this Trouble occurs.

Incidentally, I was able to confirm that 5 VPS are working on my VPS's physical node.

I contacted to 5gbps about this Trouble with Ticket.
And, I have got a reply Already.

These show that service of 5Gbps is working normally.

As much as I like 5gbps and will keep using their services, I'll have to be honest, they haven't banned them yet on WHT because the mods are being childish and stubborn. I stated several times that Froomple here made the connection through paypal receipts, which actually took him some research and time. While on WHT, it was the easiest thing for crying out loud, if the mods had the slightest intelligence or actually listened to me while giving them advices, which made them become offended as in 'telling them how to do their jobs", they would have checked the 5gbps' account created threads, and see the threads about Gigaservers on the 5gbps account. It's also funny and hypocritical that someone actually pointed that out now after I did that on one of the scam threads...
 
I would like all members not to discuss anything about how staff on other communities work. It is for them to see, everyone has their own standards. Please refrain from discussing it here.

Ahoy Rox!

Through your post, you have shown indeed that 'everyone has their own standards' - you could have just bashed me, infracted and/or banned me in an authoritative and aggressive manner, but you were professional, respectful and neutral as you've always been.

I apologize for my rants and hereby declare this matter closed on my end, at least regarding other forums' moderation, because as far as the topic itself I believe there is more to be discussed, only time will tell what will happen. I think that by now the 5gbps representative should have already gotten in touch with someone from WJ.

I think 5Gbps should dispute to try and get unbanned. So far they have been the best VPS/Host I have had in a very long time. And for the price for the service is just great!

I surely hope they do, initially I chose them for being resellers of FDC and having cheaper prices, because I was going for the FDC servers.

And like I've said, 5gbps even went beyond their contractual terms and obligations by recovering the VPS' password when a colleague of mine forgot to save it. It wasn't their mistake neither they were forced to do so, and in 7 years, the only options I've had upon such situation was format+reinstall Windows.

This is just a warning to everyone who's using their services. No matter how good their services are, its a company ran by the same guy who scammed several people earlier. How would you trust such a guy? God save you, when he runs away with all your money one fine day. It's upto you to decide what to do. We have done our part ;)

Since Scam uproar, Support response speed had been extremely slow.
( VPS is working fine with the exception of little issues. )

And now my opened ticket have not responded over 2 day.

I think there is the possibility that 5Gbps.com ending service without Announcement.


I recommend the following actions.


  1. Backup important data.
  2. Open support ticket, and ask 5Gbps.com following.

    • Do you intend to end service? (Yes/No)
    • When you end service within charging period, do you refund it? (Yes/No)
  3. Do Not Pay invoice as far as there is not a positive answer.


I wish users as many as possible take this action.
In addition, please maintain Proof.

In the case of an emergency, this should be surely helpful.


Maybe, We should switch to other companies promptly.
But, It may not be made by each circumstance.

We must be prepared for the worst.

I learn from my old experience that i never use any Romania Server Providers again becouse,

I had last year
Gigaserver.net / Interwap.ro


Service they are Romanian Scammers or better to say that are 19year old Kids from Romania if you wish i can show some Pics of Conversation if they are still saved on my FB Account.


If that are the same Owner you should really Backup fast your Files and everthing you have there,

Trust me if that are the same owners leave them Fast Very Fast if you love your Files!

Damn, I just found this topic... While my VPS is working so far without any issues, I cannot login to my account on the site (and yeah, I am sure that password is correct).

Can someone tell me where I can find similar to their EVO VPS for smiliar price, in case if the worst thing will happen?

Same issue occurred for me.

But this issue fixed at this moment.
If you have same issue yet, please mail to 5Gbps contact directly.

I also looking for other host, in case if the worst thing will happen.
But, it is difficult.

  • Unmetterd 1Gbps (always usable over 100MB/s upload/download)
  • High speed HDD I/O (average over 200MB/s)
  • 2 x 3.4Ghz Xeon E3-1270
  • 400GB HDD, 2000MB Mem
  • Windows OS
  • EVO(LeaseWeb)Backbone

Maybe,there is nothing for it but to compromise in a situation like this.
