500 Internal Server Error

I am using MyBB in my forum @ http://www.alsofts.com/forums and its gives me 500 Internal Server error how i solve this is this hosting problem

Reup clean configuration files? Idk how MyBB works, maybe switch to vBulletin?

check ur .htaccess try viewing ur site via ur ip

like ur site ip/~ur cpanel username/forums

now my said that its an Apache Problem and there all site have this issue even i am using a contact forum in my normal site and it is also gives this error

Some Time This error Get by Problem In ,htacess File and some time when Server have alot of load its show

like warezend.org said, If this just happened out of no where, it could be that server has high load and cannot process your site well. talk to your host and see what is going on.
also it could be your htaccess file if you have edited it, you could also try putting "RewriteEngine On" could possibly help.
